AlphaTrust Corporation is dedicated to personal privacy and data protection. Our Customer' s information is used only for the provision of products and services to them.
We may collect information you provide to us when requesting information from us. We may collect payment information, such as credit card information including billing address. Your credit card transactions will be processed by a third party credit card payment processor.
We do not publish the personal information of customers or visitors.
Visitors to our web site have information provided by their browsers logged for security and statistical purposes as well as to provide a successful Web browsing experience based on the capabilities of your Web browser.
AlphaTrust operates an online service for the processing our our customer's forms and documents for electornic signature and archiving. We do not control the content of our customer's documents or the information they collect. Such information may include non public personal information. Such information may be stored for our customers within the data maintained by the Online Signature Service software.
AlphaTrust offers online demonstrations of our software and services. If you participate in these online demos, any data you enter may be retained by the system. You are not required to enter any actual personal data. You may optionally be asked to enter your e-mail address if you would like a copy of the demonstration document you signed. Such e-mail data entered into the demo system will not be used for marketing purposes.
Cookies may be used to help manage transactions. We do not store cookies on your hard drive. We use session cookies during the browser session only.
If you use our products or services, you may receive communication from us in order for us to provide our service to you. We will not provide your contact information to any third parties for marketing purposes. This excludes parent and subsidiary organizations of AlphaTrust, currently or who may become so in the future.
AlphaTrust Corporation restricts access to your personal data to those company employees that are required to have access in order to provide products or services to you.
